If you would like to join the Probus Club of North Bay & District please print and complete the Membership Application Form and give it to our membership coordinator as per the instructions on the form. Click on the "pop-out" in the top-right corner of the form, which will open the form in a new tab. Then you can either print the form or download it to your computer.
